Apartments – Your space
The apartments are “empty building plots” with their boundaries defined by the ceiling, floors and peripheral walls. These may be developed further depending on the wishes and needs and requirements of you, the users. The location, number and layout of the rooms in the apartment have very few limits other than the openings in the perimeter walls.
On the first three floors of individual buildings there is always a maximum of one apartment per floor, accessible directly from an elevator and from a common staircase.
Stairs and elevators terminate on the fourth floor, as the fourth floor in each building is connected by an internal staircase to the fifth floor, thus creating a duplex loft. The fifth, topmost floor, is a setback penthouse structure with wraparound terraces facing east, south and west. Any two of the first three floors are also suitable for connecting vertically and, depending on your wishes, additional duplex lofts may be created by connecting the first and the second floor or the second floor with the third floor.
This booklet offers a number of ideas how to work with your apartment and how to arrange it so that it reflects your demands and wishes.
Ultimately, however, the space, you will be living in, will be mostly up to you!
